Can I pause my coffee subscription deliveries?
Yes, all you have to do is to send us an email a week before your next delivery to pause it and to restart it mail us back.
Can I make changes to my coffee subscription?
Yes, in case you want to update the address or beans. Send us an email from your registered email-Id and it will be done.
What is the difference in the coffee from different estates?
Each coffee estate has been curated in order for us to work with and bring you coffee from exceptional farmers. The coffee growing process has various stages and we select beans from varying altitudes, locations and processes so that there is a marked difference in what they have to offer.
How is the Third Wave coffee different from instant coffee or other roasted coffee?
Coffee is best consumed within four weeks after being roasted to ensure freshness and peak taste. A lot of roasted coffee is packaged and shelved for months which results in loss of the subtle notes and flavors. We ensure that our coffee is roasted to order and shipped within two days to ensure a thoughtful experience.
When will I receive my coffee after ordering?
We roast coffees two to three times every week and will process the coffee as soon as possible and ship it within 24 hours.
What brewing method do you recommend for a certain coffee?
At Third Wave we are constantly working towards roasting every coffee to display its best properties across various brewing methods. That being said it all boils down to what your personal preference is when it comes to how you like your coffee. How should I store my coffee?
You should always store coffee in a cool, dry place that is away from direct sunlight or heat. Coffee stored in our packets or air tight containers should stay fresh for about four weeks.
