Product pricing:

Product prices listed on the website are current. While every care has been taken to label the products accurately, errors in data entry and updation may occur. Heisetasse Beverages Private Limited. reserves the right to cancel the order in case a transaction has been made where the price indicated was not the correct price. In the rare event that happens, we will give a full refund of all money received from the customer. Prices are subject to change without advance notice. All prices on this web site are given in Indian Rupees. For international cards used on the site, the banks applicable exchange rate and charges will apply. We have no jurisdiction on this and any disputes or queries on exchange rates and bank charges need to be directed to the bank or institution that issued your card or payment instrument. All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at price in effect at the time of receipt of money and raising of an invoice. You will be billed the prices prevalent during the invoicing of the products. Our products are liable for GST in India.

#Mugshot Moments Friendship Day Contest - Terms and Conditions

1.. Contest Period:
- Mugshot Moments Friendship Day Contest, hereinafter called Contest, shall begin on August 6^th, 2023 and shall conclude on same day at 12 am. The outcome of the contest will be declared on August 8^th , 2023 at 12 pm. This contest will be run by Heisetasse Beverages Private Limited “Third Wave Coffee”.

2. Eligibility:

- The Contest is open to Indian citizens residing in India only aged 18 years or above.

- Employees of Heisetasse Beverages Private Limited and its affiliates, assignees, representatives, partners, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Contest

3. How to Enter:

The contest will be running on Third Wave Coffee’s official Instagram page.
- To participate, contestants must have a public Instagram account and follow Third Wave Coffee (@thirdwavecoffeeindia).
- Contestants must like the official #MugshotMoments contest post on the Third Wave Coffee Instagram page.
- They must visit any Third Wave Coffee outlet, take a picture with their favorite barista, and post it on their Instagram story, tagging @thirdwavecoffeeindia and #mugshotmoments.
- Only one entry per participant will be considered for the lucky draw.

4. Winner Selection and Notification:
-The contest winners shall be randomly selected from the pool of eligible entries and feature 10 best entries after the contest period. These 10 best entries will be then rewarded,.
- The winners will be announced on the Third Wave Coffee Instagram page and will be notified via direct message on Instagram.
- In case the individual winner does not respond within 48 hours of the announcement/notification, Third Wave Coffee shall select an alternate winner at its discretion.

Participation in this contest implies that the participant agree to all terms and conditions of the contest. Anyone found using any unfair means will be immediately disqualified.

5. Prize:
- Each individual winner’s will receive a Coffee Mug & a Chocolate bar from Third Wave Coffee.
- The prize is non-transferable. No cash payment will be made in lieu of the prizes.

6. Consent and Release:

Participation in the contest is voluntary. By participating in the contest, participants agree to receive communication(s) from Third Wave Coffee and/or its agencies relating to the Contest and Participant unconditionally agrees not to make any claims or raise any complaint against Third Wave Coffee and/or the agency.
- Contestants also affirm that they have obtained the necessary consent from any identifiable individuals in the photograph.

The participation is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta. By participating in the contest, the participant hereby consents to the accessing of information and/or images of the user on Meta or anywhere else by Third Wave Coffee and/or the agency for the purpose of the contest. Further, Third Wave Coffee shall be at liberty to use the entries received for its media coverage, advertisement and publicity in any form which is existing today or will be known anytime in the future without any further consideration to the participants including promotion of any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by it.

7. Rights of Third Wave Coffee:

- Third Wave Coffee reserves the right to reject or disqualify any participant's entry without the need to notify the participant of the reasons for rejection - Third Wave Coffee reserves the right to redraw or not fulfill the prize at its sole discretion.

Third Wave Coffee team's decision in selecting the winners and any dispute regarding the contest shall be final.

Winners must claim the prize and submit/show all relevant details/documents for review in the manner communicated by Third Wave Coffee. In case the winner fails to furnish the details/documents on or before the designated date of 8^th August or accept delivery of the prize, the winner shall be deemed to have surrendered the prize.

Prizes will be sent to the winning participants within 30 working days from the date he/she furnishes the correct details as required and asked by Third Wave Coffee.

All Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Threads terms of use as specified by Meta as well as those stated by Third Wave Coffee apply to the contest and all its participants.

Participants agree that Third Wave Coffee shall not be liable for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the contest or with the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize (except any liability which may not be included under applicable law).

All rights, title and interest including but not limited to the Intellectual Property Rights in the promotional material(s) and any/all registrations received shall vest solely and exclusively with Third Wave Coffee at all times and Third Wave Coffee shall be entitled to use the database of the entries received or any information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purpose without any further reference or payment or compensation to Participant. Participant shall be solely responsible for any consequences which may arise due to any kind of infringement of copyrights or any kind of intellectual property rights belonging to any other person/entity etc. and also undertake to indemnify Third Wave Coffee and its officers, directors, employees etc. on the happening of such an event (including without limitation cost of attorney, legal charges etc.) on full indemnity basis.

Participant hereby agrees to indemnify and keep Third Wave Coffee, its associated companies, its agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents, indemnified against any and all losses, claims (including but not limited to third party claims), injuries, costs, fees, fines, penalties, taxes, charges and any other liability arising out of any act of omission, commission, fraud, negligence or misconduct by the participant.

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India. The Contest comes under the jurisdiction of the Karnataka High court.
